INGREDIENTE:

4 bucati foi de salatã
2 bucata morcov
2 bucata dovlecei mari
1 bucata ardei gras roºu
1 bucata gras galben
5 bucati ceapã verde
4 linguri ulei de mãsline
sare
2 linguri smântânã
4 foi tortilla

PREPARARE:

► Frunzele de salatã se spalã bine ºi se scurg de apã. Morcovii se spalã ºi se dau prin rãzãtoare. Dovleceii se spalã, se curãþã ºi se taie bucãþele. Ardeii graºi se spalã, se curãþã de seminþe ºi se taie cubuleþe. Ceapa verde se taie inele.

► ÃŽntr-o tigaie se încinge uleiul de mãsline ºi se cãlesc cca 10 minute, la foc mic, ceapa verde, morcovii, dovleceii ºi ardeii graºi. Se asezoneazã cu sare ºi piper ºi se amestecã totul cu smântâna.

► Se pune pe fiecare foaie de tortilla câte o frunzã de salatã, peste care se întinde compoziþia. Se ruleazã, se prinde cu o frunzã de ceapã ºi se serveºte pe o farfurie sau pe un ºervet de hârtie.
