1 foaie aluat de foietaj

1 piept de pui
cateva felii de bacon
cateva ciuperci champignion
1 conserva de rosii in suc
sare si piper
2 frunze de busuioc verde
1 lingura sos de soia

cateva felii de mozzarella

Pieptul de pui se taie cubulete, de marime potrivita. Se condimenteaza dupa gust cu sare si piper, se stropeste cu sosul de soia si se da la frigider pentru 15-20 de minute.

Baconul se prajeste intr-o tigaie antiaderenta, pana devine crocant. Adaugam pieptul de pui si il intoarcem pe toate partile pana se albeste. Punem si rosiile cu tot cu suc si omogenizam. Lasam pe foc pana carnea este fiarta si zeama a scazut suficient. Aproape de final adaugam ciupercile taiate felii si frunzele de busuioc rupte bucati cu mana.


Dam deoparte si lasam la racit.

Foaia de aluat decongelata o punem intr-o tava de tarta, acoperind si marginile. Taiem surplusul de aluat.

Punem compozitia de carne si acoperim cu cateva felii de mozzarella. Se poate folosi si cascaval.
