Ingrediente:
225 g carne de porc tocata
225 g orez Arborio
1 lingura faina dizolvata in 2 linguri apa
1 ou
1 1/2 lingura sos de soia
1/2 lingurita sare
1/2 lingurita bicarbonat
1 lingura vin
1 lingura radacina tocata de ghimbir sau 1/2 lingurita ghimbir pudra
1 lingura ulei de susan sau de masline
piper
Preparare:
Spalati bine orezul si lasati-l in apa calda, intr-un vas acoperit, 3 ore, schimband de cateva ori apa cand aceasta se raceste, apoi, scurgeti si intindeti pe o farfurie.

Framantati foarte bine carnea tocata, faina dizolvata in apa, oul, sosul de soia, bicarbonatul, vinul, ghimbirul, uleiul si condimentati cu sare si piper, dupa gust.

Formati mici chiftelute rotunde si treceti-le prin orezul din farfurie pana sunt complet acoperite cu acesta. Asezati-le intr-o tava tapetata cu hartie de copt si dati la cuptor, asezand tava deasupra unui vas cu apa, la foc mediu, pentru aproximativ 30 min sau pana cand sunt facute si frumos rumenite.

Serviti-le cat sunt fierbinti, simple sau cu garnitura preferata, ori langa o salata de cruditati.
