Mod de preparare
Carnea de miel o spalam bine in apa rece si o lasam sa se scurga si sa se usuce.


Intr-un bol punem pudra de curcuma ,50 ml vin rosu, boia , sare, si mustarul si omogenizam .


Cu aceasta marinata frecam bine carnea (ii facem un masaj bun ) pe toate partile . Punem carnea intr-o punga si dam la frigider pentru 12 ore. Din cand in cand mai scoatem si mai masam putin pe toate partile fara a mai scoate carnea din punga.


A doua zi punem carnea in vasul de la Slow Cooker , adaugam 150 ml vin , usturoiul taiat in felii , frunzele de dafin si frunzele de leusean . Pornim aparatul si il setam la temperature joasa pentru 6 ore. Trebuie sa uitam de carne.


Serviti cu legume sotate sau piure de cartofi
