expertise changed for no reason

so my expertise on shaman is changing idk why ive looked for my spec/ buffs / glyphs etc etc im enh shammy exp capped but sometimes i have overcapped for some reason idk why tryed to relog but the bug dosent go away it needs to go off by itself so sometimes i miss reforge and than when i get to the cap after some times my expertise gets even lower so idk is it only me or smth

unleashed rage talent maybe?
coz as far i know there was problem with buff stacking and unleased rage gives you 8 expertise mostly if some buff replaced it u lost your expertise also.
im not sure if that bug got fixed

Didn't get fixed. That buff doesn't stack with Blood DK's talent or Paladin's might. You need to relog or respec out and then into Enha spec to get Unleashed Rage working again.

It's the same on all classes. I always need to switch specs in order to get AM working on my dk tank.
