this quest is supposed to let you go from 700 to 800 jewelcrafting skill and unlock the rest of the quest chain but the npc doesn't have it, instead the trainer in orgrimmar teaches 800 skill but you still don't get the quest, is it bugged or you need 700/700 jewelcrafting to get it? or something else?
