frost mage weapons???

Bug description: I am not sure its a bug and cant find a place to ask this... what weapons can frost mage use? i have one and cant tmog to a one hand sword.

Hey there, the Mage can use Staffs, Daggers, Wands, One hand swords, and any "Held in off hand". Regarding transmogs, to be able to transmog into a one hand sword, you must have equipped a One hand sword. If you have a Dagger for example, you cannot transmog it into a one hand sword.

That is a great answer!!!! I think before the expansion I could do it. I know when I have the fire mage it could but with the expansion only to the legion artifact. Thanks again!
Fount a great one hand sword I want for my frost mage but it has low drop and not sure where to farm it, Plundered Sea crystal Blade, very awesome with my Tmog.

That weapon is obtainable randomly from Island Expeditions. However, according to WoWhead, only rogues, demon hunters and monks can receive it. So, if you really want this, you'll have to farm island expeditions with any of those classes.
(This is because the weapon has agi, which a mage doesn't use :/)
