There are only 5 known ways of obtaining FL coins on filelist.ro apart from the seedbonus system.

They are regarded as a currency, just as the reputation on FL is. As such, it should be subjected to the same rules as the reputation on FL.

What I'm trying to explain is that the rules which apply to reputation on there also apply to FL coins. So trading should be prohibited.

Even so, I'd preffer someone else from the staff give an opinion on this, not just me.

You are only allowed to trade ingame items/currencies for other goods related with Freakz, be it ingame goods or forum reputation.
However you aren't allowed to trade gold for anything outside Freakz.
