guild master off

Hi. Our guild master didn't log in from more that 30 days. Is there any way to change him? Or how long we should wait before we can ask for that? 1 year or so? We don't care that much of guild vault content (u can sent that to our guild master mail or so) but we don't want to lose our rep with guild and the guild level we all work for but a guild without a guild vault accessible by someone or without guild message available is kinda useless.

I am a raider (3d rank) of "OZ" guild also, after GM and CO-GM. Those ranks are all reserved for the same person. Me and Icequeen have worked our way to keep guild "OZ" up and running. As she said we dont care about GV items. We just need to be able to manage guild ranks and keep people coming and playing in our guild.
We are not against our GM, he is a nice persone, but he does not seem to play anymore on this server.
So if possible, we would like a Game Master to change in guild rank permissions at least so we can manage the guild.
