Druid Artifact Weapons

Hey guys ,
just opened my druid couple days ago , since I didn't played it through Legion expention I didn t received artifact weapons .
I really want to change my forms I think it really add up to the game play of this class .
so if someone can help me with how to get them it will be much appreciated .

The NPC that unlocks the legion artifacts doesn't work at the moment. Please have patience until the issue is fixed.
