Bug description: many times when u enter other zone, glyphs that u have stop working and it seems like u dont have those glyphs even when u have them, many times it happens me in BG and also arena, its like to play without glyphs that u chosen

This bug was reported like a year or more, seems to happen randomly on teleport(loading screen).

Just walking by, decided to reply.
