'item already looted'

Anyone else getting this message? I dont know if its just me or not but everytime i try loot under the sentinax every items says 'already looted'.

Yes My Bf and I have both noticed this on our toons. Also saying you can'r carry anymore of this item. I figure they are working on a fix, but please bug report it in the Brokenshore bug reporting area on forum
