items lost

i just transferred from genesis to exodus.
i had items in auction house.. which must have been expired by now.. and should be in my mail
it inculded 2x epic trinkets darkmoon card
several herbs.
also i mailed 15k g from my alliance character to horde. which was not arriving since like more than an hour.. and i transferred now that is lost too..
Kindly look into the issues. you can check the logs

who transfer without getting his mail .....
mail, AH items, friend list, ignore list - all that is not supposed to be transfered

well i did.. because it was taking way longer than usual mail time..

When you click on Transfer that's the notification message that pop-ups to notify you that your mailbox, AH items, friend and ignore list won't be moved to new realm. It's your fault for not seeing that! Now please stop blaming this guy for pointing that out!
