jewelcrafting prospecting does not level up your JC

Bug description: Hello there. The bug is simple, in retail, when you prospect any Shadowland ore, it gives you points in the "Shadowlands jewelcrafting", i learned that from reading two different guides on jewelcrafting, wich recommend you to prospect a lot of ore to level up the "Shadolands jewelcrafting". I'm going to link the guides so you can see that it works like that on retail, and the proof that you don't get any points on the profession at all when you prospect any type of ore.

I can confirm this, tried to prospect for like 20 times and didn't get any skill, from https://youtube.com/watch?v=fJD7AfNWn54&t=95:

it seems that it should give skill after 2-3 prospectings.
