deci de 2 zile am win 7 iar lagul in cs e ca in filemele horror nimic nu pot face
am 165 de ping iar imaginea mi se misca in framuri
e adevarat am net de la romtelecom si e cam slabut deoarece e adsl dar nam cei face
mentionez ca in win xp nu aveam lag si aveam acelasi net

Am avut aceeasi problema cu win7. Problema este ca calculatorul tau, adica placa ta video este chiar la limita pentru a suporta win7 si nu mai are resurse ca sa ruleze si jocurile. Schimba windowsul si o sa scapi de probleme si daca problemele persista incearca sa instalezi ultimul update de driver pentru placa video.
P.S: Am si eu internetul de la romtelecom si nu face probleme, pentru cs e numa bun.

Eu am avut aceiasi problema man si nua fost de la calculator sau la paca video nu puteam face nimik si nu imi vedeam nici mainile la zm
DEci fa asa cum zic eu : intri in cs in joc intri la Options-Video si Pui pe Opengl ca la windows 7 e pe software pune opengl si zimi daca merge
Si internet tot de la romtelecom am

pai cum stiti eu am lag mereu 100-120
am si eu win 7/...iar netu' e de la telekom austria(e acelasi lucru ca si romtelecom atat ca e in austria)

sa fie de la windows ?
