after i downloaded the the full client and log in into my account all my characters are shown without gear on them and when i try to log on to anyone of them i get stuck on the loading screen around 90% and the music stops... tried lowering the settings, removed read only from the data folder but it just wont work... please help me with this

Try to exit WoW, delete cache and give it time to work.
