lost item after server crash

Details: (optional) I got this item from the 10 dungeons/10 scenarios loot bag and then 2 minutes later the server crashed (15.03.2016 ~10 pm server time). When I logged back on, i didnt have the item in the bags, bank nor void storage. [img]http://imgur.com/a/2rVpZ[/img]
