can't complete "secrets of the shieldmaidens" Stormheim story chapter.

That character was horde but i payed to change factions and i think it has something to do with that.

Make a report in the quests section with sufficient proof. You also need to provide quest link with the screenshots and explain exactly what's wrong with it.
