I applied for an item upgrade for one of my characters. at first, the support team responded that I need to add funds to my account, after doing so, I replied to them but did not get any response until now. please help.

Hello kogamaru,

Shop replies usually take between 1 to 5 working days. You will get a response.

Nobody on the forum (nor in-game tickets) is responsible for the shop mail/issues. It's handled by a completely different department.

Please note that during discounts, it might even take longer due to high volumes of mails.
