please help i have been disconected at 2 minutes when i join in server freakz

HELLO(sorry if i have misstakes in my messege)i start this topic because when i download the game from the site and start to play it i start to have and 1 problem the problem is that i have been kicked at all time at 2/3 minutes somthimes at 20/30 seconds and somthimes at 15/20 minutes i make ticket from the game and to show picture
