There's nothing we can do about it. I'm more than sure that the shaman classmod did his absolute best, but the devs won't listen which is really sad..

Its ok, the bug is being researched in the trello card. Apparently it has something to do with the proc sequence.

Imo they're just delaying it because of the flametongue bug (https://trello.com/c/DRiw6k1h/1028-shamanenhancement-flametongue-attack-incorrect-formula), fixing 2 bugs must be exhausting for them, guess a spec being dogshit isn't enough to motivate them

I don't mind them delaying the fixing but don't just go around and call it "Not confirmed, need more proof"

Hello, I saw that Ragnarok1313 moved the issue to "Can't confirm" and I guess he proved that it procs in that short video on the trello card... You can clearly see that the last proc is not made on the off hand, its on the main hand. Watch carefully how at the end of the video his shaman hits not only with his off hand but with his main hand in the same time. You can see both numbers on the screen (3792 and 5229).

How about windfury? Have you tested the procs on it?

No, but I think the main and only problem is off hand attack not proc-ing stormbringer. I will try to do some testing today regarding windfury.
Also, I think mastery works correctly because I tested it by casting multiple series of 100 rockbitters, flametounges and frostbrand (no autoattacks or windfury procs so I can get clean results) and it seems like with 8.3% proc chance on ...

It seems like lava lash does proc stormbringer but has a very low chance to do so.
Normal off hand attacks still don't proc stormbringer..

I will consider the fact that I got only 5 procs in 100 attacks (rockbitter, flametounge, frostbrand) bad RNG.
The current problem is that normal Off-Hand Attacks don't proc stormbringer

Hello everyone, I have found the bug.. Its simple
Off hand attacks don't contribute to procs.
Lava lash doesn't proc stormbringer
Off hand attacks don't proc stormbringer
I'm guessing the Off hand part of Stormstrike doesn't proc stormbringer either.
And I'm guessing any other attack that has an off hand side proc is not working.
I watched my character attack the dummy for 15 minutes.
*swing *swing .... *swing swing .... I never saw stormbringer proc from ...
