I can confirm that yesterday when I was playing skirmish arena this bonus was not working, and it is quite gambreaking for pvp/pve item balance, Any comment from Gm/Dev possible ?

Question - becouse I fell little confused :
- Pvp scaliang (bg and arena) is still planned ? and if yes what is ETA of it ?

@mariuss98 Still - it worked somhow on legion freakz, they were donors, server had money and was running, but there was also normal pvp community bocouse of scaling (in my oppinion).
