Hi i have problem prevent me from saving my in game graphics settings and i can't change the game folder read only option

yes tried that tried to restart the computer and tried to create new administrator account nothing solved

when i try to lunch the client i get this msg the game was working fine i don't know what happen

Proof: the NPC on the roof she must be down you cant get up unless you have flying or somthing
