I just did a dungeon before the server restart, it did not reset on a boss encounter , however it did reset when i changed zone / got into a loading screen or entered the dungeon. Will test it for rai ...

I just leveld from prestige 17 to 18 and didnt recieve the AP item you should get when you reach prestige 1 ...
