Bug description: The Stacks of the Legendary Reset at least everytime you start a Wpvp encounter , sometimes they also reset in a PvE encounter but not always, cant rly show a proof since i have no way to make a gameplay video but shoudlnt be too hard to test it yourself. If it already got reportet just close it !

I tested it on Live in a few dungeons , it didn't reset for me at all . But on the other hand try to duel someone is reseting it's stacks , so I assume it's also being reset on Raid/dung encounters aswell when boss gets reseted .
In duels it shouldn't reset that I know for sure , but idk about reseting boss encounters which I guess happened to you when your stacks got refreshed .

Could you please explain me in which scenario it reset ?

I just did a dungeon before the server restart, it did not reset on a boss encounter , however it did reset when i changed zone / got into a loading screen or entered the dungeon. Will test it for raids as soon as i can get a LFR invite and update the post accordingly. After more toyn arround with it , it does NOT reset on a raid boss encounter , it only resets when either start any PvP encounter or entering a new zone / dungeon / any kind of loading screen.
