i could log in and delete the characters myself...
there is only one problem. i had heirlooms that I bought for 190 Vote points sent to one of the characters that I had to delete due to this bug...bu ... |

I don't know if you are aware of it, but your Legion patch isn't working for people that don't have Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable installed on their PCs.
