[COMPLETED] lost 190 vote points due to a bug

I opened a bug that I already fixed (created 5 characters at once with the same name).

I lost 190 Vote points due to the bug - they were sent an already deleted character. is there a way to get those 190 vote points back? i 'worked' for them rly hard. i voted almost every day (most of the time even twice) and now lost so many due to this bug....
