sa intzeleg tu vrei sa zici ca nu se pot procui mai mult de 1 proc odata? is mai greu de cap |

problema ar fi la faptul ca nu adauga acel extra ap la wf attacks + talentu http://www.wowhead.com/spell=29079/elemental-weapons nu aplica nici macar vizual bonusul de ap in tooltip...
