Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Fixul facut este complet gresit, un shamy e up cu 5 stacks 24/7, sa nu mai zic ca din ce am testat unele abilitati au 100% sansa de proc. O sa revin cu film facut pe freakz si unul pe blizz cand am timp.

Banuiesc ca dureaza putin pana o sa fie HD or dunno. Sper ca se vede sansa cretin de mare. La fiecare 3-4 secunde ai 5 stacks..... asa ceva e mai mult decat gresit... in primele 5 secunde deja avusesem 15 procuri.

Si da GrandMarshal, intra prea repede. Stormstrike + WF proc = 5 stacks.

Din ce am citit pe net 37% proc chance base / hit la 3/3 Maelstrom. Setul de 4/5 enha creste sansa cu 20%. Deci ar trebui sa fie 44.4% proc chance / hit / weapon.

For those of you who have had some quality time with the local training dummy or raid boss since Tuesday, you might have noticed that Maelstrom Weapon is proccing considerably more than it did a week ago. This is due to a number of factors. First, Stormstrike was recently hotfixed to properly have a chance to proc Maelstrom Weapon stacks. Second, for those whose moral code kept them from using a spellpower main-hand, the extra Windfury Weapon proc means another chance at proccing Maelstrom Weapon.

Those who were rocking the mathematically superior Flametongue/Flametongue setup will be noticing significantly more Maelstrom Weapon procs this patch. Since we now are changing to Windfury Weapon, that's an extra three chances for Maelstrom Weapon to stack per Windfury proc that we weren't seeing before. Beyond that, we'll now be using Unleash Wind and be gaining the 40% melee haste buff. More melee attacks mean more Maelstrom Weapon procs.

Killing Machine are 1 singura sursa din care poate sa procuie -> Proc Flags - Successful melee auto attack
Maelstrom Weapon are 4 surse din care poate sa procuie:
-Successful melee auto attack - main hand meelee attack
-Successful off-hand melee attacks
-Successful attack by Spell that use melee weapon - in care intra SS,LL,UE,FW+Unleash Flametongue Weapon,WFW+Unleash Windfury Weapon care da dmg+creste AS deci mai multe sanse de proc.

Sansa de proc nu e calculata overall...e calculata individual pt fiecare sursa de proc/skill care are sansa sa procuie MSW => MSW 5/5 tot timpul pe shammy.

Cateva din procurile care au acei 100% in tooltip din DB (Freakz sau Wowhead), acei 100% care probabil ti-au sarit in ochi cand ai cautat skillul.

Frate 1 la mana nu ma intereseaza de KM, iar 2 nu ma lua pe mine din ce procuie. Daca procuie din 3 rahaturi nu inseamna ca trebuie sa aiba 90% sansa din fiecare. Asteapta sa se uploadeze filmu sa vezi mizerie de proc chance.
PS: Am folosit doar stormstrike si lava lash, nimic altceva. Se poate vedea in film foarte bine.

Off: Te mandresti cu faptul ca esti complet obtuz si ca ai ignorat tot ce am scris eu in postul anterior?

In vid folosesti Flametongue+Windfury, Storm Strike si Lava Lash,not to mention Flurry.
Sa le numaram: 1 Flametongue cand da dmg offhand wep+3xWindfury Attack cand procuie Windfury Weapon+2xdin SS+1xLL+2xWhite dmg+Flurry care creste AS deci creste si sansa sa procuie MW din white dmg si Flametongue dmg.
Deci sunt minim 9 atacuri care pot procui MW, aceste 9 atacuri fiind castate intr-un interval de cateva sec (SS+White dmg Main+OFF hand+LL) FIECARE DINTRE ELE AVAND SANSA SEPARATA DE PROC. Daca te uiti atent in vid si anume:
- sec 20 dupa ce dai cancel MWx5, procuie Windfury Attack (MW sare la 3x) dupa care castezi SS (MW ramane la 3x). Acel SS nu mai procuie MW deci teoria ta cu 100% proc chance cade.
- sec 39 castezi LL (MW sare la 1x), 3 meelee hits (MW ramane la 1x), Windfury attack (MW sare la 5x)
In PvP nu procuie niciodata la fel de repede cum procuia in vid pt ca intervin atacurile Absorbed/Parried/Dodged/Missed/Blocked/Resisted si nu stiu daca a mai observat cineva DEFLECT @ Unleash Elements (exceptand vs Deterrence)

Tocmai ca aveam 2 windfury , nu aveam flametongue. Daca aveam flametongue vedeai yellow dmg dupa white hits ( trebuia sa sti asta ca joci shammy dar deh..). Doar ce am testat , cu 1 arma si windfury lasat pe autoattack. De cate ori loveste windfury ai 2 sau 3 procuri, niciodata mai putine. O sa fac film pentru ca 1 din buguri este clar la windfury. Celelalte abilitati le testez maine.

Nu. Vreau sa zic ca sansa este de aproape 100%, la windfury cel putin. La restul nu am testat ... mai doarme omul. O sa vad maine.
