but I searched and the glyph doesn't reset the CD, it reduces the GCD to 0, so for example you could make a macro with blink,mana shield,mirror image with one click

2010 is the haste breakpoint with 5% haste buff from SPriest, Shammy or Moonkin

works fine on my paladin
3k hit without glyph at 1 holy power
and 3,5k with the glyph
25-28k at 3 holy power
around 30k with glyph
maybe you can bring some proof with tests on recount, not 1 hit ... |

seems fine now
I tried with 1/2/3 stacks and refreshing at 2/3 stacks, the proc was always 2614(2% of my total mana pool) or 2807 with power torrent proc |
