tested with arcane blast during 4 arcane blast debuffs(to maximize the difference from the +20%), no weapon procs, no trinkets, no tailloring proc, no clearcasting talent
dmg without arcane power: between 11-12k non crit
dmg with arcane power: between 13-14k non crit

mirror images w/o arcane power: 580/frostbolt
mirror images w arcane power: 580/frostbolt

mirror images w glyph w/o arcane power: 3.1-3.3k arcane blast
mirror images w glyph w arcane power: 3.1-3.3k arcane blast

flame orb w/o arcane power: 810-860/tick
flame orb w arcane power: 1k/tick

conclusion: Mirror images damage is not affected by Arcane Power (Source 1 Source 2)

OT seems like Mirror images are not affected by the caster Arcane Blast debuffs, or they are not proccing the debuff in themselves, I can't find proof of how it works

Arcane power works fine with the other spells

?_? the problem is on Glyph .... that not reset spells.... omg....

my bad

but I searched and the glyph doesn't reset the CD, it reduces the GCD to 0, so for example you could make a macro with blink,mana shield,mirror image with one click
