Bug description: The mythic+ cache did not drop gear for me today but it did for my guildmates.
Proof: Forgot to screenshot, you can view my logs for proof i didn't get any gear, only AP tokens and a new key.
EDIT: I wanted to mention that I was talking about the weekly cache.

I don't really know, I didn't to anything special beside what I described and it didn't work right away even after shutdown/restart. In the next morning (January 8th) it worked completely fine, and after a windows reinstall too.
