The order hall quest "The blood of demon" isnt working at all for me.Each time i collect the 100 fel blood i go downstair in the fel hammer and then there is no npc to com ...

didnt work at all for me.I did it multiple time,after each fix, and still no npc to complete the quest.
thx to this my demon hunter is useless.great.

i also have the exact same bug mentioned above
