Bug description:

The order hall quest "The blood of demon" isnt working at all for me.Each time i collect the 100 fel blood i go downstair in the fel hammer and then there is no npc to complete the quest.
i can see the quest marker on the map telling where the npc should be,i assume it's allari the souleater,but when i talk to her nothing happen.

i already tried to do redo the quest,abandon all the other quest,relog etc. and none of these are working
