1st was pandaria main questline bugged, after that, was legion main questline bugged (Broken shore assault) now, this one.. For real? 3 FULL expansions are bugged??!!

I have been used that mark, it show me a cutscene, then nothing... I have tried unstuck from site/relog/cache clear... It simply doesnt appear.
