I have the same problem. Finished all the quests but did not receive "The Rivermane Tribe" chapter/achievement. I have completed all the other chapters in Highmountain.

Same Problem. 
Stuck on stage 1...
I've done it slower and got the NPCs to the fountain like suggested in previous forums but still doesn't work. |
