I can confirm this. That craftable ring is super needed for non-donor rogues to keep up with the mastery % of donors.

| You are a subtlety rogue, you have a trait called Cat Reflexes or something like that which removes fall damage. |

For example, having the finality buff with Deeper Stratagem gives a 24% bonus damage on your next Eviscerate and you still get 700k hits. That is more than 20% reduction from armor
