[FIXED] Pigments and Mass Milling

Bug description: After i saw that the darkmoon cards were fixed, i started milling plants in order to craft some of the decks. I burned 400+ plants Aethril, Dreamleaf and Starlight Rose and everytime i got 2 Roseate Pigment which is the common regent. Milling is RNG based but it is not normal to always give 2 Roseate Pigment, there should also be some Sallow from time to time, i believe i got 3 sallow pigment in total from all the plants i burned. Maybe there is something bugged about drop chances. And also the Mass Milling Technique from inscription say that it takes 20 of said plant and gives you one type of regent but it only gives 1 and burns 20, this makes it not worth it, it should also be random and give more than 1.
Proof: This can be easily checked ingame and maybe others have encountered the same problems.

Made some changes, should be much better now.
