That happens to me aswell as the flight point called Lorna's Watch, Stormheim
I can Provide proof regarding the WoD flight paths that I noticed I was missing after a day of achieving Draenor Pathfinder.

According to Wowhead : http://www.wowhead.com/npc=90894/alexi-hackercam
This is one of several NPCs that can randomly spawn in your garrison each day
so it's rng I guess, try your luck everyday.
I've yet to see if she spawns at all though. |
