Proof:

The flight paths in New Taanan disappear once discovered. At first I thought it was me so I went back and re-discovered. Today they are gone again. Lions Den among other disappear after a day.

That happens to me aswell as the flight point called Lorna's Watch, Stormheim
I can Provide proof regarding the WoD flight paths that I noticed I was missing after a day of achieving Draenor Pathfinder.
