I know what you mean, Im rogue main I know whats poison bomb im just questioning if your test is valid. If it does damage to other target in cc then its bugged for sure.

Its proced by direct ability on a player, its not aoe like death and decay from dk.

Then provide evidence of procing poison bomb and blinding target in it. Im not saying it should deal dmg but not break, im saying it should break.

But this poison bomb is proced on the target that is being cced, are you sure its same thing? It shouldnt deal damage to cced target next to the target poison bomb was proced on, that's for sure.

Forget about this one, I just didnt calculate damage from scratch its just garrote.

I have done some more testing on the topic, seems that damage gets increased overall, and it multiplies with modifiers from artifact power (these modifiers should multiply, but its extra 17% on already modified damage), increasing damage even more, on my rogue I have 16.06% versatility, and numbers when I hover over damage are x157% which is insane.

I just happend to have tested it few days ago when it was doing exactly 10426 per tick.

Bug description: Should be 25% in instanced pvp.
But pelase dont fix this one before fixing damage on other abilities (shadowstrike, backstab/gloomblade), you are gonna bury sub rogues even deeper and they are already low.
