| I attest confirmation for this bug as well. My hunter is stuck on this quest and can't get Hati as a pet because both Hati and the NPC drops down below the ground endlessly. |

I can vouch for this. I bought the azure drake and blazing drake through vote points but they didn't count towards the achievement. This bug don't seem hard to fix so I hope it gets fixed soon.
