| I can confirm, newly created alts (within the last week or so for me) miss a majority of account-wide titles. |

Bug description: after a reset today, I experienced this when I logged back on. I had dungeon deserter bug after completing a dungeon and now this debuff aura has been over my head for hours. I tried deleting cache.

I've redownloaded it, replaced it, did the read only/admin privs etc. All the fixes posted for it, and it will still do it here and there. |
