[REJECTED] Missing titles, achievements and some transmog pieces

Character name: Pizdosntbeto - Bungados
Bug description: Upon creating a new character, I wanted to boost it to level 110 using the one and only free boost we all receive. Unfortunately, after I used the boost, I found out that I'm missing a lot of, actually most of my titles. This issue appears to be with some achievements too, and yes, I know some of them are not account bound, but it's a big difference between two characters that should have almost the same amount of achievements according to the playtime. This issue also appear on some transmog pieces where I cannot apply them. Fortunately, mounts are not affected.

PS: Unfortunately, I did not check if everything was fine before using the boost.

I can confirm, newly created alts (within the last week or so for me) miss a majority of account-wide titles.

As for the titles, the issue was already reported here. For the achievements, please report them seperately and provide their names as it could be that the achievements themselves have issues. Regarding the transmogs, they will appear again after some time. Various players had this issue but their appearances will show up again so no need to worry about that. If you still have any issues, feel free to open a new report (about the achievements, as I mentioned, please provide names/links and screenshots as comparisons).
