I just logged in a minute ago and Saurfang was there and I was able to go on with the scenario.
The quest seems to work now as the NPC appears, altough it might still cause problems for other players ...

I have made another warrior and boosted him to level 110.
Problem is still here, i am still unable to see the NPC there....
I really hope the money didn't go to waste..

Just to clarify.
No amount of deleting cache or interface folders, or even reinstalling, will help.
Already tried them all, altough if anyone gets it, holler

Anyone found a workaround for it?
I can't even start legion questing...
EDIT : Tried deleting and reinstalling the game, doesn't help.
