Warrior Class Hall Bug, Krasus Landing, Saurfang not there

Bug description: I am trying to advance further with warrior class hall quest, but Saurfang is missing.
Already tried deleting cache, interface, relogging.

I cant do that quest too. [Return to the Broken Shore] can see any npc there to start the quest!!

I have made another warrior and boosted him to level 110.
Problem is still here, i am still unable to see the NPC there....
I really hope the money didn't go to waste..

after server he logged his warrior and saurfang was there!

you can go next to the place you think is the npc. and you will see one light go into the light.. at the center of your screen you can see a button press it and here you are!!
