Same here... happens every 1h sometime 3-4 times in a row... Tried your tips and that didn't solved it

I have the same issue and this is VERRRYYY annoying when you try to create a group for raids !
It automatically accepts random players that appear in the Dungeons & Raids group that you started/l ...

I found that just : relaunch the game is the best way to now have your settings resetted

Disabling Read-Only and Taking ownership of all folders seems to be a good idea but the tools is not needed ...

Same for me. I removed the Masquerade effect and ... i needed to walk to the Cavern to validate the quest

I manage to do it:
- Go away from the spot
- Restart the game completely !
