I also have this same issue. Home connection speed is around 900 Mbps so no issue there.

Hi in your guide you have said that after 12.5% and after 25% haste becomes useless so we shouldnt get it
I am just starting ret and without Cradle of Anguish my haste is 12.7% and the trinket gives massive amounts of haste. Is it still ok to use it?

Maybe I don't understand the fight but 5 players get marked and we stand in the purple circle and we don't get teleported to the secret chamber of the Bone Warrior room for Earth Phase
