| this server is just fast dying they don't want to realise that so go to other server is out last chance. Even if u report bugs, they say "it's not bugged". |

| Tested , cache deleted , wtf deleted, addons disabled . IT'S NOT WORKING IN RATED BG, it shows cd finished but you can use it after 3.4 more seconds ( when initial cd, without conduit it's over ) |
