Bug description: It doesn't work properly , doesn't root and silence the target after final mirror (ther 3rd one) !! I'm not sure if apply 15% cast speed slow and movement speed slow

It works for me. All of the points:
1. Root
2. Damage
3. Slow speed
4. Slow casting speed.

Please let me know what made you think that it didn't work.
